Meet The Baker!

I am the customer that I am serving. I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance six years ago and I am dedicated to having a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I do not bake to sell or make a profit - I bake to make people happy, be it celebrating a wedding or another year of life.

That is my focus. Most bakers require their customers to render creative control so that baker can bring their vision to life; I am the opposite. I am here for you. My focus is on how I can make your dream a reality.

Sweet Monroe's Story

My God sister, Ne'Shell Monroe, was diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease at 10 years old and battled this disease until the age of 44.

As she fought for her life, she kept a beaming smile, remained gracious, and used her experience and passion to educate people on the importance of kidney and overall health. She was my biggest supporter and motivator.

She encouraged me to bake, constantly asked when I would finally start my business, and stressed the importance of following my passion.  When she passed away in 2015, I made a promise to do all I could to make my dream a reality — just as she would have wanted me to.
"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established".  -Proverbs 16:3
